I'm a fan of Thai lakorn, The Sixth Sense (despite coming from a different faith. well, no religion tells people to treat others harshly, no?)
Anyway, I stumbled into a very interesting fact while trying to find the right mood to finish my job (ehem).
4 Hearts of The Mountain, The Sixth Sense, and The Gentlemen series were based on a set of books written by 5 different authors.
Author Nara wrote the books that Thara Himalaya, Khun Chai Tharatorn, and Yanin's stories are based from. Seems like she's also the author of The Rising Sun series and the one who came up with the idea to write The Sixth Sense series.
Author Romkaew was the person responsible to the creation of Pathapee Leh Rak, Khun Chai Pawornruj, and Kanna's books.
Author Sonklin, the only male author in the group, wrote Duangjai Akkanee, Khun Chai Ratchanon (man, Bomb Tanin really butchered the otherwise good lakorn.), and Sugandhros's stories.
Author Praenath meanwhile is the author of Wayupak Montra, Khun Chai Ronnapee, and Netr's books.
The 5th author is a new addition to the group after the success of 4 Hearts of The Mountain series. She is Kaotam, the author who wrote Khun Chai Puttipat and Kaem's stories.
Surprisingly, the ones that I like are those written by a guy, Mr. Sonklin. I love Ros and Trairat & Fai and Jeed. Would've love Chai Lek if Top Jaron plays him instead of Bomb Tanin :P
Now that I have wrote this down for my future reference, I can get back to my work. Halfway there, peeps. I'm halfway there. XD
