I'm thinking of having a hair cut.
But my aunt, the one who took care of me since I was born until I was 6 year-old... the one who did a lot of things to make sure I have enough hairs on my head (I was born bald)... said I shouldn't cut my hair so short. I understand why she said that.
So here I am, feeling torn over listening to the words of someone who actually raised me... or to follow my own feeling and live comfortably without having to tie your hair.
Yes. My definition of living comfortably = no need to tie my hair = less shampoo used = happier state of mind.
Sometimes it is that simple.
And why did I write this entry again? OTL

Making Plans
We're probably the only pair of friends in this whole world who talk about how we loathe going out WHILE making plans to meet up.
I guess that's why we're best friends LOL

Flowers in Fog OST
Recently I have finished watching another production of Qiong Yao called Flowers in Fog (or 花非花雾非雾). When I was younger I used to be a fan of her works, but as I got older I realised how cheesy most dialogues in her works are :P
Cheesiness aside, I enjoy most of the songs composed for the series. It was quite difficult to find a working link for the OST though. So I am going to share some of my favourite songs here with those who are (un)lucky enough to bump into this page through the power of search engines!
Click clicky~

Divergent 2014
Originally posted on my Twitter. Since it's private and I tend to delete my tweets once a month or so (talk about being paranoid LOL), so I decided to save a copy here and added few sentences to further convey my feelings hoho.
Divergent 2014 Brief Review
Surprisingly, the film adaptation managed to eliminate many, umm, undesirable stuff that makes me hate the book with passion. Kudos to the scriptwriters for coming up with a decent script for the otherwise lackluster book. I couldn't hate Tris the film version, unlike the original Tris. And boy, Four in the flesh is much, much better than the Four in the book. It's no secret that I abhor the author for making Tris a selfish, needy teenager who somehow managed to survive despite of her ineptness. I mean, who in the right mind can even entertain the thought of kissing one's boyfriend after just losing both parents a few hours before? I'm so glad they omitted that part in the film and they made them hug instead.
Since I can actually finished watching the film adaptation without pushing the forward button, I'm certainly looking forward to watch the next installment. Still not going to finish the 2nd book. Too cringe-worthy (and the writing left a little to be desired).

Interesting Fact
I'm a fan of Thai lakorn, The Sixth Sense (despite coming from a different faith. well, no religion tells people to treat others harshly, no?)
Anyway, I stumbled into a very interesting fact while trying to find the right mood to finish my job (ehem). 4 Hearts of The Mountain, The Sixth Sense, and The Gentlemen series were based on a set of books written by 5 different authors.
Author Nara wrote the books that Thara Himalaya, Khun Chai Tharatorn, and Yanin's stories are based from. Seems like she's also the author of The Rising Sun series and the one who came up with the idea to write The Sixth Sense series.
Author Romkaew was the person responsible to the creation of Pathapee Leh Rak, Khun Chai Pawornruj, and Kanna's books. Author Sonklin, the only male author in the group, wrote Duangjai Akkanee, Khun Chai Ratchanon (man, Bomb Tanin really butchered the otherwise good lakorn.), and Sugandhros's stories.
Author Praenath meanwhile is the author of Wayupak Montra, Khun Chai Ronnapee, and Netr's books.
The 5th author is a new addition to the group after the success of 4 Hearts of The Mountain series. She is Kaotam, the author who wrote Khun Chai Puttipat and Kaem's stories.
Surprisingly, the ones that I like are those written by a guy, Mr. Sonklin. I love Ros and Trairat & Fai and Jeed. Would've love Chai Lek if Top Jaron plays him instead of Bomb Tanin :P
Now that I have wrote this down for my future reference, I can get back to my work. Halfway there, peeps. I'm halfway there. XD
